Fit For Life L- Carnitine has been shown to serve as a fat metaboliser, utilising fatty acids as a primary fuel source. While L-Carnitine is primarily used for fat loss, it has secondary benefits including increases in total muscular mass and increased capacity for physical and cognitive performance.

Why does it no have flavours?

During the in depth process of attempting to flavour our l'carnitine we found the only way it was possible was to blend our pure l'carnitine with acetyl l'carnitine to allow the flavour to be relevant (acetyl l'carnitine meaning it already has the triglyceride(fat) attached) blending this with pure l'carnatine rendered the whole product useless as a fat burner.
