I feel you, I've been there and it sucks. It used to be No problem for me to drop 5-10 kilograms when I needed to. Sure, I worked hard in the gym and ate clean, but each year it seemed a little harder and took a little longer. Until it just stopped working and I found myself 15 (okay 20) kgs overweight.

I know your pain and your frustration, I did ALL the bodybuilding diets for competition and they worked! Until my body finally adapted to it and stopped dead, they were also not sustainable in any way and I was stuck in this horrible cycle of bulking and shredding for almost 15 years, missing out on enjoying food. It wasn't until I did a complete 180, changing my nutrition back to what I was educated to do matched with proper fitness and mindset (and not some unsustainable bodybuilding plan) that I finally got my body back to being sustainable fit and healthy.

This is why I created this program, to adjust your nutrition and training from low carb, keto, low calorie fad diets and get that body back for life!

We start off with an in-depth interview of where you are at and where you want to be. Then a nutrition audit based on 7 days of your eating habits. This will tell me what you’re doing right and what things you could maybe change.

MACROS/NUTRITION- I will teach you exactly how to use macros to get your nutrition back on track and get the scale moving without taking away the foods you love or putting you on an extremely low calorie goal. Just because you're eating healthy doesn't mean you're eating enough or getting the right proportion of protein, carbs and fats, especially if dealing with hormone fluctuations, pcos, thyroid issues and menopause.

FITNESS/MOVEMENT- You will get an easy to follow program to get your best results. Whether at home or in the gym, these workouts are short and effective, 3 days a week. These workouts are delivered through your exclusive app and will keep you accountable.

MINDSET- You can't hate your body and get results. Whether you struggle with fitness, nutrition, confidence or body image, changing the way you THINK will change the way you feel, not just about your body but your LIFE!

ACCOUNTABILITY-Weekly coaching sessions where I'll go deep on one topic each week and answer all your questions plus provide you with the information and support you need. You'll get a meal builder template, a shopping list, a sample meal plan and all the educational handouts to download or print.
